SEPTEMBER: The Fashion Month

SEPTEMBER.. September.. September.

For most Pinoys, this month is the beginning of the Christmas Season, soon Christmas decors will pop out and you'll start to hear Christmas songs everywhere but for others, there's more in this month than just being the start of "BER" Months.

Fashionistas and Fashion Enthusiasts all over the globe including us here in the Philippines consider this month as the biggest month for Fashion. Why is that so? I am curious as well that's why I googled about it for an answer. I found out that September in the other side of the world is the time for transition and preview; yes! transition from one season to another and its the time when the next season's trends (Spring Summer 2015) are previewed and launched. From Fashion Parties to Big Fashion Shows to Glamorous Fashion Events its going to be one Fashion filled month. International Fashion Glossies won't also be left behind as their respective BIG FASHION ISSUES are going to be out during this time of the year, to keep up with that, here in our country, much anticipated high fashion editorials and thick style bibles are also soon be out. Here is the roundup of covers available in this month's Big Fashion Issue, Let the Glossies War begin!

I'm in awe the moment I saw Metro Mag's Fashion Issue as they take us to another Fashion Capital of the World- Belgium with It Girl Solenn Heussaff striking her fierceness on the cover. Metro offers a double cover with 2 more gate covers shot in different picturesque locations in Belgium. Hand's Down to Metro Mag's Team who did a really great job in this month's Issue.I personally love the styling. Kudos!

Dominique Cojuangco leads the pack of new breeds of fashion movers and shakers in Preview's Gen Next Fashion Issue. Ever since Preview Mag changed their cover layout I fell in love more with their Monthly Issues. It's fresh, minimal and ohhh sooo chic just what we all need to see in a High fashion Magazine. Moreover, Preview Team not only gives beautiful covers but they keep offering new stories and introduces new faces in the industry. I think that's why Preview is a fave of a huge number of readers.

Roaring from the glorious soil of South Africa, Mega Magazine just made their Biggest Fashion Issue. Gracing this month's cover are 4 of our brightest young celebrities who fiercely ruled in this 436 pages of Fashion Adventure in the Safari of South Africa.

And If you haven't watched the special film made for this Big Big Fashion Issue, let me share to you the link below. It is really awesome and it is pretty inspiring as well.

Dainty and Girly: Meg Magazine paints the town Pink with their Big Fashion Issue this Month and who better be on the cover but non other than the beautiful and ever-radiant Julia Montes. I can't get enough how gorgeous Julia looks in this cover.

There is no better Style Bible for Men here in the country other than Garage Magazine. It may sound bias because I've been an avid buyer and reader of Garage Mag for a long time now but admit it, over the years Garage is the only Fashion Magazine a Modern Pinoy Dapper reads. In this month's Issue, looking oh so sleek on the cover is JC de Vera wearing Topman's latest collection.

Feeling Hot! Hot! Hot! this September. It's the time of the year again when Cosmopolitan throw the list of 69 Sexiest Bachelors in the Country. Leading the list and looking corporately yet sinfully sexy is Paulo Avelino inside this month's Issue with the "I woke up like this" Flawless KC Concepcion gorgeously also graces the main cover. This year's theme for Cosmo Bash: The Cosmo guys works hard at Tower 69... What are this office boys working on? It's for us to know and to find out.

ICONIC: I can't think of other words to describe Esquire Philippines September 2014 Travel Issue. It is a special edition Eraserheads Issue included with a CD of one of the Band's newly released single. Just when we thought we will never see this happen again.... Eraserheads will release 2 singles this year. I heard that in most bookstores, this Issue sells like pancakes and for some branches they already ran out of copies as early as now.
